Austin and Katelyn Hayes, Student Pastor and Pastor’s wife of C4 Youth Ministries, share a deep and personal passion for seeing the next generation truly saved and transformed by Jesus. For them, this ministry is not simply something they do—it is a calling that God has placed on their hearts.

From the very beginning, they made a promise to parents and students alike: they would fight hell for our children, and they fully intend to keep that promise. Every lesson, every prayer, and every conversation is driven by their desire to see students encounter Christ in a real and life-changing way.

Their heart is not simply to gather a crowd of teenagers—it is to see lives radically changed through the power of the Gospel. 

They believe this generation is called to more, and they are committed to pouring into them through biblical teaching, sound doctrine, and real-life application that helps students live out their faith every day.
At the core of it all, their mission is simple but life-changing: to train disciples who will go further and deeper than they ever could, raising up a generation that knows the truth, walks in courage, and chooses to be the change in their communities while living fully for Christ.
